Texted me about a safety recall in July. I called and they said the part was unavailable and they'd contact me again. Called me 7 hours after I dropped it off to tell me the work couldn't be done for 3 to 5 business days because they didn't have the part. And made it sound they they were put out doing me the favor of ordering the part. Then said I could come get my car whenever, and acted all put out when I said don't have a car to come pick up my car. Suggestion to the manager: Have your people schedule safety recall work that requires parts when you have the parts in stock. More

0 Stars if it was allowed. Pushy salesman, which is expected except this is incredibly pushy. I live in Missoula. Bought a truck with cash, drove it back to Missoula. This truck did not make it 120 miles before it shut down (service light comes on and dies on the side of I-90). Called multiple times throughout the week to speak to managers, sales people etc. Could not get anyone to actually respond besides text messaging. Truck has a dealer warranty on it and I had to tow it to Missoula Lithia for help. Text message are of no help, Manager was suppose to call me via Tanner Mae (Tanner is on vacation). 5 days not call. I have called every day since and left a message with no response. Very unprofessional would never tell anyone to go to this dealership, FYI-This manager (Chad) is also the manager of Chevrolet of Helena. More
This place is a joke! Tried to sell me a 2018 Nissan kicks for 23k. When I brought up the car was in an accident the sales man said it hasn't and it only had a few dents. Then looked to be painted with fingernail polish to try to cover it up. The sales man continued to try to argue it was never wrecked because it wasn't on car facts. He acts like people report every accident. What a joke More
Horrid experience, not once, but twice now. First vehicle “passed inspection” and needed rebuild after 2 weeks. Shame on me for going back, but bought another used vehicle that “passed inspection and was goo “passed inspection” and needed rebuild after 2 weeks. Took to independent shop and they stated the vehicle should not even have been sold, due to condition of some of the component. It was deemed a safety hazard on the road. Questioned dealer and got blown off. Also asked to cancel my extended warranty, which was forced, and was told to come back in 30 days. Horrid practice. Care only about the sale, not the customer. Will be reporting dealership since I am not getting any response. More

I have purchased two vehicles in the last two years from them. Fantastic experience. I drive from Wisconsin to work with them. I bought a brand new 2020 power wagon back in Oct. Im a travel nurse and they knew I pulled a camper and I asked about the towing and they said it would pull anything just fine... they failed to tell me th travel nurse and they knew I pulled a camper and I asked about the towing and they said it would pull anything just fine... they failed to tell me that it had a soft suspension and wasn't good for towing, they flat out LIED to me just to make a sale. Now I'm stuck with a truck that doesn't tow worth a crap and the radio has some kind of software glitch cause it only works half the time.. Now im paying for a truck that isn't good for towing my camper which is how I make my living and can't even listen to the radio half the time.. they also talked me into buying an oil change package, but failed to tell me it was only good at lithia dealerships (which I'm never around cause I'm traveling for work) so it's basically useless. Will NEVER buy another vehicle there and will discourage anyone I know from buying there as well. More
