Worst service I've ever experienced from Lithia Helena. I called no less than 13 times - different days / different times. I left at least 5 messages. I eventually had to drive to the dealership to get an I called no less than 13 times - different days / different times. I left at least 5 messages. I eventually had to drive to the dealership to get an appointment to service my vehicle. I eventually go there on a Friday. My vehicle had a flat battery and they couldn't take 10 minutes to install a new battery so I bought one from another supplier. Bryan's really did not give a xxxx about me as a client. He certainly did not care that I would be without a vehicle over the weekend nor how I would get back to the dealership on the following Monday. We're a 'Dodge/Jeep' family and we're all talking about new vehicles but we will not buy one here - the service is awful! More
