I purchase a 2018 Jeep Cherokee and it came with a broken windshield I didn't know about and now I need to replace a CV Axle! I was not told about the windshield and it was delivered to me like that. This is a really good dealership. I've bought at least 11 vehicles there, and although nobody is perfect, they've always treated me well. I don't always get the best deals that I could somewhere else, but it's important for me to stay local so I'll pay a little more if need be. The service department has also done a good job over the years. Always helpful, always friendly, and I can always get a shuttle ride to/from work if I need it. More
I brought in a vehicle I had purchased from them, and asked them to check 4 things. After having the vehicle worked on, they came back and told me nothing was wrong with 4 areas of concern, but when I g asked them to check 4 things. After having the vehicle worked on, they came back and told me nothing was wrong with 4 areas of concern, but when I got the bill, I thought it was very high, especially since nothing was fixed.. I have full warranty on the vehicle, but even if I didn't, they didn't fix anything, so why the high bill? Turns out, the dealership charges $175/hour for service!!!! $175/hour??? That is an unbelievably high amount!!!! Could you imagine how high the bill would be if they actually had to fix something??? And if the owner didn't have a warranty so they had to pay for the part too??? It would have been a month's salary for me, just to have a few parts fixed. There are not many services in the business world that get away with charging that kind of labor fee. This dealership has priced itself out of my economic range. I will definitely be taking me business elsewhere, and I will be encouraging all of my friends to do the same. More
