Service spent more time complaining about how much they went out of their way for us then actually communicating the status of our repair. First off, let me say what a wonderful group of people work at this dealership I live in Camano Island, WA and travel through MT. on a frequent basis. This is the second time I have had vehicle issues w work at this dealership I live in Camano Island, WA and travel through MT. on a frequent basis. This is the second time I have had vehicle issues where my truck had to be towed into Lithia after hours. Chris, my service provider was absolutely outstanding in getting my truck in quickly and communicating with me what was wrong, time involved in fixing it and price. Ryan was excellent in coordinating between myself and Chris. Both understood I was stuck away from home and was in a bind. I think so highly of this dealership/employees that the next Ram truck I purchase will be from them, even though I have to drive 650 miles from my home. I wish more businesses were as customer oriented as Lithia and its' employees. To summarize, Lithia, Chris and Ryan are what every dealership should strive to be. Kudo's to them More
