We had purchased a Jeep in November 2020, there were issues from the start. Gene had helped us through every obstacle and finally this month we were able to trade the messed up Jeep for a new Jeep. I’ve dealt with people in management and did not have the best experience, but Gene stepped up and did what he needed to and we got our new Jeep! Gene will be the ONLY reason we come back. This is out 3rd purchase from Lithia since December 2019 and as long as Gene is there we will continue to give Lithia our business and refer friends and family to only use Gene. More
