Archie was excellent in the process. Had delays with management in terms of getting a quote & execution on the process to leave the dealership. I had a fully-owned/titled vehicle and purchased in full a management in terms of getting a quote & execution on the process to leave the dealership. I had a fully-owned/titled vehicle and purchased in full a brand new vehicle with no financing. I called 2 hours in advance of arriving and the transaction still took over 4 hours. I am not sure if that is standard timelines for what seems to be a seamless transaction but given time was of urgency, i.e. didn't negotiate on any prices given to me, I would've expected to be in and out faster.
