This is the 3rd time my Jeep has had to be towed to Lithia for the SAME issue. The first time after paying for repairs we were assured the issue was resolved, picked the Jeep up that Friday night and Lithia for the SAME issue. The first time after paying for repairs we were assured the issue was resolved, picked the Jeep up that Friday night and within 24hrs I was stranded in the middle of an intersection at Hwy 6 & Hwy 105. Had it towed to Lithia again, only to have my tow driver disrespected because he requested to speak with Rudy because he was who took the Jeep in prior and also the one we asked him to speak with. Once again we are told Jeep is done, only to arrive to pick it up and be told “No” when we ask for paperwork showing what was done this time by Lithia & have the key tossed at Derek like we aren’t worth your time. Since then my Jeep was towed a 3rd time on Monday July 26th after dying out on the side of Hwy 40 while I was on my way to work. We’ve called numerous times, been put on hold, and given NO information other than Rudy will call you. So when I came up there Saturday and spoke to Rudy face to face I actually believed when he said he would call by the end of the day. Yet NO ONE called, we have no update on the Jeep. I have 3 tow bills that I’m having to pay because the issue wasn’t fixed the first time. Since then i've emailed Rudy as well as Lithia Corporate Office. Tried calling Rudy yesterday (8/2/21) and of course only got his voicemail with no return call. Today makes 9 days with NO INFORMATION on my Jeep. More
