Process was extremely long, was there for over 6 hours. Would of been nice to have complementary snacks for customers since the vending machine only has junk food. Salesman also had me drop my insurance on my current vehicle and add it to the one that I purchased, but do not have. (I kind of need the insurance on the trade in vehicle since I am driving that in the mean time.) I also apparently have to wait 10-14 days for the vehicle that I purchased. My contract has started and still do not have my vehicle. Waiting on parts and then detail. Would of been nice to have a loaner vehicle. More
