Excellent assistance in finding a vehicle however after 2 weeks I have yet to receive my car from the dealership. There was work to perform before I received the car. After a week without hearing anything weeks I have yet to receive my car from the dealership. There was work to perform before I received the car. After a week without hearing anything from the dealer I was able to talk to the salesperson. He said that the car would be finished in 2 days. After 4 days with no communication from the dealer I again called the salesperson. This time he told me that the car had NOT been sent to the shop yet but they would have it ready in 2 days. I am still waiting for my vehicle after 2-1/2 weeks More

I waited a week for my car to get diagnosed which I was charged for but not warned that it would cost me. I then brought it in at 7 and was told someone would be there to take my keys that was a lie.
