Went for an oil change and it took 3 and a half hours and never fells they always break or damage something. They replaced the filter cap bc it was damage, this was a brand new part that I had installed in O never fells they always break or damage something. As I was leaving my car was making a rattling sound so I pulled over to check popped the hood and notice the front end of my car was lose and I could move it with two fingers. I'm guessing they broke it as they were leaning on my car and struggling to get the cap off that they ended up replacing. I called and got no answer so I left a voice mail. I was already running late due to thr oil change taking so long so I haven't had a chance to really look at it. I only go here because I paid for a lifetime oil change 10 people came in after me and left so it makes me feel like they make me wait longer. I'm just going to bite the bullet and pay for it next time at a different location this way I can save time and damage to my car More
