This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. They sold me a used car with a promise that they would fix several items before I took possession. After I signed the contract they kept the car for 5 weeks. When they finally called me I was told that everything had been repaired. The paint repair could have been done better by a 5 year old child. A loose wire in the airbag system was identified but never fixed. There was an oil leak on top of the engine. They told me that this had been fixed. Today I was informed that a temporary patch had been installed on the oil cooler. This patch failed and they want to replace the oil cooler AT MY EXPENSE! They refused to give me an estimate of the cost telling me that it could cost as much as $10,000. I will never use this dealership again. More

I purchased an 09 Dodge ram 1500. . the two salesmen I dealt with told me it had a new motor and transmission in it and swore it was an excellent vehicle.. they kept it for 2 weeks ser . the two salesmen I dealt with told me it had a new motor and transmission in it and swore it was an excellent vehicle.. they kept it for 2 weeks servicing it.. all they did was remove the backup camera and put a new radio in it.. when I picked it up the front left headlight was out, license plate light was out in the air condition blew hot. I picked the truck up on Friday and the following Monday it had to be towed back to the dealer because the power steering pump froze up shredding the serpentine belt.. they wanted to charge me $1,050 to repair a vehicle that ran one day... I called them repeatedly for 3 Days asking to speak to my salesman Oscar or the general manager and no one would talk to me or help me.. I also had to pay the $290 towing fee More

We very much liked our sales rep Bryson Cornish. He was helpful, attentive, and showed us all options that we wanted to compare. The Sales Manager/Closer, Nick negotiated a fair deal IMO. Our main complaints are with the dealers add-on items not being clearly defined as to what and where they were installing them. Specifically this package was to include additional window tinting and an anti theft system. The additional tinting was not installed and the anti-theft system was not explained to have a separate, small keypad that was temporarily installed in an odd location on the dash, that we were not consulted with prior to installation. The truck was washed but not detailed for delivery. When purchasing a vehicle in this price range, I expect the vehicle to be spotless. There were numerous water spots on the paint that our sales rep attempted to clean off himself. All of the black plastic surfaces under the hood had many white, hard water spots visible. The tires and wheels had grease paint marks visible and it was obvious they were not wiped down. The interior had multiple small bits of trash in the door bins, floor mat attachments, etc. There was light colored lint on black carpets throughout. In spite of the items listed above, we absolutely love the truck! We hope to have our handful of small items addressed immediately to preserve our ongoing business with this dealership. We faithfully take our cars to the dealership for scheduled maintenance and we will be in the market for a new car for my wife by EOY. More
Horrible experience, took two hours for them to tell me that they couldn't do any work on my car, due to not having the parts that were supposed to be ordered a week ago from my appointment. I literally l that they couldn't do any work on my car, due to not having the parts that were supposed to be ordered a week ago from my appointment. I literally lost two hours of my day plus I had take the day off work for this and nothing was accomplished. It was like the only time that matters is theirs not the customer's. They gave the most lame excuse and the customer service was just horrible. Daniel the service rep just came saying the same words over and over again like of he had only a 5 year old vocabulary knowledge. I was actually thinking about buying a new car at this dealership but after this awful experience I can only imagine how bad they will treat me everytime I'll have to go there for service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I prefer to drive 100 miles out of my way to find a place where they'll treat me and value me as a person. More
