I am very disappointed with this service department at litha jeep dodge. My 2020 jeep has been in their shop for over a month now and still there. I called every day after the allotted time of 2 days that litha jeep dodge. My 2020 jeep has been in their shop for over a month now and still there. I called every day after the allotted time of 2 days that I was told we should hear from them just for a diagnostic. Day after day I was told that the person that is my service advisor would call me back. For a week I heard nothing about my jeep. When the service advisor did call me back she stated that they are just waiting on parts that I NEVER approved to be changed. Then she stated that it was going to be covered for warranty work. I do understand about the uaw strike happen during this time. But during the conversation with the service advisor she stated that they were getting the parts from another dealership. That obviously didn't happen and was not told anything about the change. we also asked for a loaner vehicle and was told that we are on some kind of list. Then my wife ask again and was told that they don't have anymore. I had to take off the entire time from work because we are only working with one vehicle. And as a disabled veteran i have lots of appointments that i also had to miss. My wife being a teacher it is more important for her to go to work. I have lost lots of money thanks to this and missed appointments that takes months to get. AFTER THIS I WILL NOT TAKE ANY OF MY JEEPS TO BE LOOKED AT AGAIN THERE. ALSO ON TOP OF THIS I WILL NO LONGER GIVE THIS PLACE ANY OF MY BUSINESS THAT INCLUDES BUY ANY MORE VEHICLES EITHER. I WILL ALSO RELAY ALL OF THIS TO THE JEEP COMMUNITY AND SEE HOW MANY OF THEM COME AFTER THAT. FROM THIS POINT FORWARD I GO WAY THE xxxx OUT OF MY WAY TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE AUSTIN, HOUSTON, AND EVEN FURTHER. More
