Excellent Customer Service on New Car Purchase Received a phone call after putting in an inquiry for a new Chrysler 300. Mr. Albert Vasquez contacted me on Friday night. I was able to contact him back on Saturday morning and schedule an appointment to meet with him that afternoon. He immediately showed me the vehicle I was interested in and took us on a test drive. Immediately knew with the customer service I received that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. I had a trade in that needed to be appraised. He took care of everything for us and we had our own financing so no problems in the purchase process. They gave me a fair price and we negotiated very little. Nick Munoz took care of all the paperwork for us, and we left the dealership feeling very positive with the deal we received and we also left with the new Chrysler 300S that we had selected.
