I called and took truck to service dept, well here is were it all falls apart. terri the advisor was great. john Hahn the service manager call me and tells me t case has no fluid in it, proceeds to ask me if any one would sabatoch it . basically tells me I damaged it and there is nothing he can do for me. thank god I took out the 4 year extended warranty through allstate , they ended up footing the bill, and could not even pay the 100.00 deductible,, beware if you buy from this company...or have any service work done .if I did not like the truck so well I would of just left it there,, and got my 5000.00 back and went some where else .who pays 38k for a truck to take it home and sabatosh it ,,really,, More
