My Experience at Lichfield Ford Well to start with I have never been a fan of Dealerships. I have had a few bad experiences and as my vehicle's aged I always dreaded having to visit Well to start with I have never been a fan of Dealerships. I have had a few bad experiences and as my vehicle's aged I always dreaded having to visit yet another auto dealer. I always felt I was going to get ripped off some how. My experience at Litchfield Ford was awesome. I didn't have to haggle for the best price and felt very comfortable through the whole transaction. Their staff members were very friendly and helpful. I left knowing I got the best deal. I would like to thank Dan LoRusso and Jeff Campbell. I will be recommending Litchfield Ford to my friends and look forward to doing business with them again. Shift lever replacement. The shift lever in my 2011 Edge needed to be replaced because I kept getting a message to shift into park when vehicle was already in park. He was friendly, funny and a pleasure to work with. Jeff Campbell handled our loan and was also a joy to deal with. Very personable people and an unusually happy and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. They took all of the pain away from the car buying experience. My old car needed a jump when we left and before I could ask them for help, Dan came out and jumped it for me with a smile. Steve brought me water when I asked my husband for some.
