Most of the websites ask that you fill in a form w Let's start at the top - I did a search online for a car - Lincoln MKZ, Ford Fusion, Chrysler 200. Most of the websites ask that you fill in a form with your name, email, phone number, etc. I didn't want a lot of annoying salespeople calling so I did not fill out any forms. On Litchfield Ford's website, there is an option to save the car you're interested in to your cell phone. I did that. Later that day, I received a text from Abby following up on my interest in the car. She was great, not pushy just there to give me information. She even emailed some pictures of another car that I had an interest in that wasn't on the website. When I was ready to go to the dealership to test drive, she turned me over to Jeff Smith, a salesman. Jeff was fabulous! As we sat in the car letting it cool, Jeff told and showed me the many features of the car (technology). He had me drive down a pleasant country road for the test drive. Then we did the same with the other car. With his help, I was able to decide on which car I wanted to purchase. Since my husband wasn't with me to see the car and I didn't know if it would fit in the garage, Jeff actually stunned me when he said I could take the car home overnight! I happily took it home! When we were ready to sign the paperwork, Jeff Smith and Jeff Tucker stayed after hours on a Sunday to make sure we were all set. Jeff Smith stayed even after everyone else was gone to make sure I understood how the technology worked in the car and paired my phone to it. He never made me feel like I was keeping him. Even today, after the sale, he contacted me via email to see how I was doing with the new car. Now that's what I call customer service! More
