This is how I feel about this dealer after taking delivery. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. That review was the day I took delivery and I should've waited. As you can see from the picture, I took delivery of my vehicle on a rainy day. Thinking my special order vehicle would be inside for me to inspect...nope!!! I should've walked away then. My sales person told me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle after I told him I wanted to inspect it when it was dry. As you can see from my review I trusted this dealership and salesperson. Pat Hill (CEO) told me in his own words "we are not here to screw customers", so I had faith in them. Boy was I wrong. Next day I notice 3 paint defects. Someone knew about these defects and purposely left it out in the rain so I wouldn't notice. When the vehicle is dry you can see 1 of the paint chips from about 6'-10' away. xxxxING xxxx BAGS!!!! Tried to have PAT HILL to take the vehicle back and order me a new vehicle, Nope!!! I've been to every place possible to see if I can get a replacement. Nothing!!! Now Ford Motor Company wanted me to send pictures in of the paint defects which I did and they will only cover 1 of the 3 paint defects because they are saying I damage the vehicle. REALLY FORD!!!!!! Thanks Pat Hill for the worst car buying experience ever. Never again will step foot in your dealership and I will pass the word around to local news, social media and friends. Litchfield Ford and Ford Motor Company really xxxxED me on this deal. I told my salesperson I didn't want window etching but they did and I had to pay for it. xxxx BAGS!!!! BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!!!!!!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!
