Hi Breeann, We are sorry you are having an issue with your Escape.Sometimes when a vehicle sits on the lot for a while it can have some rust on the brake rotors.If I recall we sent Steve your salesperson to your house to pick up your vehicle and leave you a loaner so you would not be inconvenienced and we resurfaced all four rotors and installed new bake pads for you.I am not sure why you are having a problem less than a year later.
