I scheduled an appointment this past Friday to have a recall on my Tacoma fixed, Travis the assistant service manager told me the part was in and they took my car. The service manager then called me 4 ho recall on my Tacoma fixed, Travis the assistant service manager told me the part was in and they took my car. The service manager then called me 4 hours later and told me that my repair was completed. I just received a call this morning that the repair was not completed as the part never arrived. This has to be the most incompetent dealer in the Southeast!!!! More

I brought a very healthy car to Lipton Toyota for regular maintenance. They gave me back a car that is no longer comfortable to drive, I was overcharged for unnecessary and unapproved services. I cannot wait to get rid of a car that i finished paying early and that i was enjoying until that last visit. I will not get a Toyota anymore. I am done. More

But the XSE I don’t like the quality in the camera at all the little things I noticed . and things they were not aware of they all went out of the way and were very honest, also respectful.. cause Toyota North Miami could learn a lot from this team. This was my best experience car wise. Ps I’ve had 3 highlanders XLE and now an XSE 🥰😍 thank you Lipton Toyota team More
I recently purchased a pre-owned Tundra from Lipton. While the buying process itself was smooth, I was disappointed to find out after the purchase that the truck had faulty parking sensors and a non fun While the buying process itself was smooth, I was disappointed to find out after the purchase that the truck had faulty parking sensors and a non functional driver side fog light. Issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale. I was just quoted from my local Toyota dealer $1,600 to fix the parking sensor issue alone. I contacted Lipton to see if they could help with the repair cost and was told the truck was sold as is. However, this was not disclosed or mentioned during the buying process. This was a major purchase for me and wished these issues had been disclosed upfront. More
