The worst service experience ever. Your guys do not have respect for customers. They replaced my breaks and th breaks failed a couple hours after I got the car. When I returned the car, the informed me that the problem was the master break and it will cost me $2,900 to fix it. They gave me a next business day delivery date. After 4 days, I called them and let messages after messages, they did not return my call. After 7 days, I went to the dealer and I found the car in the parking lot. I went to the service Rep and he told me that the part is on back order. I did not tell anything and I asked him to return my car key to me and he did that and I took my car back with the failed breaks. Guys, you either need to fix your way of doing business at Lipton Toyota or close it down. This is very bad! If I wasn’t an experienced driver, I could have had an accident. More
