I did set an appointment for my oil change but was able to drop the car earlier. I was not able to give the keys to anyone because had to give to the responsible (you call manager??) for my car that was on to drop the car earlier. Guy comes from brake and sound upset because I brought the car back earlier. Said it was gonna call when ready. Never call and when I called he said that he called two hours earlier. My number was never called or message was left. I rather change have another responsible for my car or I have to seek somewhere else to service my car. More

This is my go to place for service on my RAV4. Easy to make an appointment online. Easy to drop off. Today when I came to pick up my car, it was storming out. There was no one around in the valet area to assist with retrieving my car. I had to hunt someone down to assist me. He did not seem too happy to have to go in the rain to get the car. I understand the situation with the rain, but it was a bit frustrating to have to track someone to assist. Other than that everything was great. More
