Horrible experience from start to finish, being shuffled around to make the purchase, then my vehicle brand new, had issues. Came in 3 separate times to get it fixed because of scheduling and the sales team around to make the purchase, then my vehicle brand new, had issues. Came in 3 separate times to get it fixed because of scheduling and the sales team telling me just to walk in and the service manager telling me no I need an appointment. Then he books me for the wrong day and time. So frustrating. Took vehicle in and now there is a new issue with my door and this is a brand new vehicle. Also never received updated registration or transfer of my plates. More

I have him page 2 times and he comes strolling in from lunch half an hour later! I asked him if he forgot he had an appointment with me and he said no that his last client ran into his lunch hour so he then spent my time eating his lunch! Very disturbing that he didn’t set me up with someone else so he could eat lunch, and I could be serviced! Very poor service! More
