Worst service ever! Incompetent and Horrible experience! After waiting approximately for (4) four hours, I checked status and went to ask service manager what's the stat Incompetent and Horrible experience! After waiting approximately for (4) four hours, I checked status and went to ask service manager what's the status and he answered me "did I call you?" I said was just passing by and inquiring on status and didn't bother until 6pm rolled around and I came back saw may car had not moved even though he said "there working on it" I pointed to him that my car still there. Then he left and came back and apologized after waiting 4 hrs and told me that the technician had left and I need to bring it back another day! I was looking for a dealer to service my car but after this frustrating experience I would reconsider going back there! I'm a new Toyota buyer! Warning! More

Horrible experience from start to finish, being shuffled around to make the purchase, then my vehicle brand new, had issues. Came in 3 separate times to get it fixed because of scheduling and the sales team around to make the purchase, then my vehicle brand new, had issues. Came in 3 separate times to get it fixed because of scheduling and the sales team telling me just to walk in and the service manager telling me no I need an appointment. Then he books me for the wrong day and time. So frustrating. Took vehicle in and now there is a new issue with my door and this is a brand new vehicle. Also never received updated registration or transfer of my plates. More
