While all representatives were very pleasant, I waited 2 and 1/2 hours for a routine 6 month care visit. I have a 2022 Corolla with less than 9,000 miles on it. Normally, wait time is 1 hour or so. Finally, I had to go over and inquire about my car, thinking something was wrong and my paperwork wasn't where it should have been. Finally, it was located at the cashier's counter where it had been for an undisclosed time. If I had not gone over to inquire I would have been there much longer. I have owned or leased Toyota's for 13 years and never had this happen, I am hoping it was just an anomaly but it ruined my dealership experience. Again, everyone was very nice and apologized, but it appeared that the right hand didn't stay in sinc with the left hand. More
