Two days after my review, a member of the Lipton Toyota Parts department contacted me to go over what parts were on hand, and what parts have not been obtained. Basically, you are still where you were a year ago, and a month ago. Toyota headquarters sends out these notices putting Lipton's contact information on them while having no actual idea what parts they do or don't have available. Hence, my comment about left and right hands. My fear is that the day will come when you contact me to inform me that since you have repeatedly contacted me to bring in my truck for this recall and I have not done so, I am no longer qualified to have the repair done.
