I am a new Toyota since March, my original purchase location was Deerfield and I did not like the service. I tried 2 other locations Hollywood being the worse and have tried here and am going back here location was Deerfield and I did not like the service. I tried 2 other locations Hollywood being the worse and have tried here and am going back here third time and have been highly satisfied. Kai has been taking care of me twice and I am pleased, the whole service department staff employees are all very friendly and accommodating. Location is central and timing is pretty accurate as far xxx appt and waiting. This will be my location for service moving forward. More

Kept 2 1/2 hours and $170 to fix my remote keyfob I asked the service consultant to make a simple fix which I thought I was unable to do. His service department refused to do it.
