Came to Lipton because how badly Al Hendricks treated us. We had a dangerous engine light on and knew vehicle had extended warranty. Al Hendricks refused to help us. I was told car would be washed when it was done. When I came to pick it up, it was still dirty. After I asked for a car wash, it came out barely any cleaner (still had road dirt and bugs), just wet. I asked for the display to be checked as I had connection issues with Android Auto. When I was called to pick it up, they said the person that could do the check had left hours prior to my appointment (I had told them the problem when making the appointment). I let it stay there overnight, so that the employee could check, and when I picked it up that day was told it was just a manufacturer error and nothing to be done. More

I went to just browse for a used car, and left in a 2024 Camry instead. The whole experience was top notch!! From CJ,who got me a deal I couldn't refuse, to the financial department and the Insurance repre Camry instead. The whole experience was top notch!! Terrible service department. My car had worse problems after they worked on it. I think it’s a scam to get more money out of their customer by making the car have more problems. I had Alec ( window 4) , usually I have Andy , This time the experience was awfull !! I brought my car at 9am , went home , being told would be couple of hours but I got the car by 4:30 pm . When I mentioned that to Alec and a couple of few things politely , he got defensive and was impossible to communicate. I decided to drop it at that point .when he brought the bill at the register , I asked to the lady to double check and the bill was wrong and she admitted that she didn’t know what’s the problem with him. I asked then to see Andy to check the bill I think he shouldn’t be on custumer service if he can t take any « critics « from loyal clients and honestly doesn’t care really , it’s just a job for him I didn’t deserve that type of behavior like I was the bad person .
