Truck under warranty, in for regular maintenance. I ask for passenger sun visor to be fixed, because the clip kept coming off every time I opened the visor. I said if you have to order part, just mail it to me I can replace myself. The part had to be ordered. I get notified the part is in, but bc it is under warranty they have to replace it and need the old visor. I make appointment and go in and wind up waiting 2.5 hours, for something that should have been 20 minutes. It took longer than the oil change. Ridiculous. And the service rep looked at me like I was crazy for being annoyed. Terrible - it should not have taken that long. More
Took 2 hours 40 minutes to get an oil change and tire rotation done. Their multi point inspection listed multiple parts as operational even though they have been for multiple weeks.
