This location is very busy, therefore it is always a very long wait. I had to wait over 2 hours for tire rotation, verification of systems and battery change. Great service otherwise. long wait. The issue with the trunk was never fixed. I was never given the print out which lists what was done during the service (which fluids were topped off etc.). I took my car in for maintenance. I dropped it off on Saturday morning and did not hear back. I tried calling and no one called me back. Then I tried following up again Sunday.
