A total train wreck of my experience at this dealership. Waited 5 hours to tell me nothing wrong with my car. Add insult to injury I was told I didn't have an appointment. In fact the person who told me I didn't have an appointment was the person I have the appointment with and he didn't show up for work. I was passed on to another person. I have another appointment scheduled and I will discuss my concerns with the service manager and hopefully get my car fixed. More
