I was continually told that there would be no charge, and then when I was presented the bill there was a charge of $130. How could that be? Alex always did things in haste and when I first dealt with him, then when I was presented the bill there was a charge of $130. How could that be? I made an appointment ahead of time , was the first one there . It took about 2 hours to change oil and rotate tires . I watched PEOPLE (not one person) but several people that came for service after I did there . It took about 2 hours to change oil and rotate tires .
