I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation on Friday March 22. On Sunday March 24 i realized that the under carriage cover was uneven and hanging on one side and noticed one bolt was loose. His demeanor wasn’t professional and they made me feel like I was bothering them. At no point did he or anyone said We are sorry for the inconvenience. Yes, this was an inconvenience for me. I had to drive back, re-arrange my morning and the least I expect is for someone to acknowledge that it was their fault. An apology goes a long way! The tough guy demeanor doesn’t win business.
