Kai is awesome! But I brought my car in because the AC was making a loud rumbling noise when it was on, and that's exactly what I told them. They told me the engine mounts were broken and needed replaced. So I had that done, but then the next day I noticed the AC was still rumbling. So I guess they forgot or neglected to look into the AC issue. No I have to bring the car back to see what's going on with the AC and I really wish they would have done that back when I brought the car in two weeks ago as now I have to make another trip over to Lipton and spend more time there when this could have been addressed when I brought the car in the first time More

The last two times I had my vehicle in Hunter is the person I dealt with. Prior to that the person we had did a very poor job helping us with our issue in fact blaming the issue on us. I after secveral person I dealt with. Prior to that the person we had did a very poor job helping us with our issue in fact blaming the issue on us. I after secveral weeks attempted to bring the vehicle back in and this time we dealt with Hunter. He assured us he knew exactly what the issue was and the problem was fixed. Lets just say Hunter when above and beyond to make it right that day. Prior to that we had Toyota Care on speed dial. We have not had any more issues. This time although it was just regular service I was pleased to see Hunter was taking care of our vehicle. The man is very Professional, Courteous and generally cares about the customer and getting it right the first time. He is a true asset to your dealership. More

Hunter didn't offer me options with tires. Upon cashing out I ask if there was any other option that's when he said yes and explained.
