I think it is a trustworthy organization with some issues maybe needing improvement. I’ve been a customer for at least 8 years and I purchased my Camry there. Andrew Gutierrez, the current service manager, u maybe needing improvement. I’ve been a customer for at least 8 years and I purchased my Camry there. Andrew Gutierrez, the current service manager, used to be my chosen service rep. He was excellent. Andrew recommended Alesk Coker as a replacement service rep because of his probably having a similar personality which I would be comfortable with. I need to know what is wrong before changes are made and I also being on limited income I perform simple tasks myself (i.i. air filters, ant the like). There was some confusion between me and another customer whose vehicle had a lot of issues and I was upset for a bit but it all go straightened out with the help of Andrew I suspect. At any rate, Alesk apologized to me for the confusion and everything is now just fine. Thanks for asking my opinion. Bob DeBellis More

Terrible experience. Service person told me i didnt understand how i should be looking at their yet new issue which was going to cost me $1300. I explained that i understood return on investment but he said i didnt and that i should look at it how he was telling me to look at it. I have spent almost $7000 in the last 6 months on my 2013 Prius. He became passive aggressive and shut me down. He did the same thing when i came to pick up the car. This experience, when combined with my horrific experience at this dealership a couple months back when looking to purchase a new car, clearly cemented my position that i will NEVER do business with this dealership. I would rather switch brands than purchase a car or repair my existing Toyota with Lipton. If i could give 0 stars i would. More
