There is not a sense that you are appreciated as a customer. The valet people are not polite or personable. They barely speak and seemed disinterested in the customer. The service took a long time despite having an appointment. The odor in the waiting area is overwhelming. This dealership does not wash cars that are brought in for service as other dealerships do. That would be nice. if not for the service being covered under my new car plan and this being the closest dealership to me, I would not choose to go here. This is my first Toyota vehicle and I doubt I would purchase another. I am satisfied with the vehicle but not with my overall experience when purchasing the vehicle or each of the times I have brought it for service. More

Avoid this dealership- 3 bad experience = out,! #1- they told me I needed a new filter and showed me a dirty filter contains black olive leaves- I don’t have a black olive or park anywhere near one- #1- they told me I needed a new filter and showed me a dirty filter contains black olive leaves- I don’t have a black olive or park anywhere near one- Busted #2- lost my keys, and accused me of having them in my purse- they had given them to another customer who took the, home- 3 hours later I got my car back and a free oil change! 😡 #3- yesterday I went with abs, skid light and brake light on - waiting in the wings was a new car salesman- shocking! After 2 hours( diagnosis takes minutes) and 130 dollars was told my repairs would be $3500.00 Again, someone trying to talk me into a new car- then someone offering to buy my car - what they did not tell me is that Toyota has extended the warranty on this part and it should cost me zero! More
