Had an appointment for an oil change, service adviser said they would try to get me finished in under an hour. When I made the appointment i noted i was waiting and the adviser also knew that. Well, 2 said they would try to get me finished in under an hour. When I made the appointment i noted i was waiting and the adviser also knew that. Well, 2 and a half hours later my car was still not ready. I don't think it should take 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, when I had an appointment and was there early. I also asked if they had windshield wipers, I was told yes, so I asked to have them replaced. When I received my invoice and paperwork I was billed for windshield wipers, However they were not changed. Apparently, they did not have them for my car but forgot to remove the charge from the billing invoice. They did correct that, which took additional time to verify and change. They also told me my 14 month old battery needed to be changed. I went to another shop, they checked the battery, it has 80% life left. When I was waiting for my car at Lipton, I overheard service advisors tell two other customers they also needed batteries. Scam??? More
I have been a loyal customer of Toyota Lipton for over five years, but my recent experience with Trevor Martin was beyond disappointing. Every time I bring my vehicle in for maintenance, I specifically re five years, but my recent experience with Trevor Martin was beyond disappointing. Every time I bring my vehicle in for maintenance, I specifically request that the spare tire be filled with air, yet it is consistently ignored. This time was no different. When I picked up my car, the tire pressure light was still on, and the spare had not been filled. I brought this to Trevor Martin’s attention, and he dismissively told me that driving the car would update the system. Well, it didn’t. When I returned to have it addressed, he became aggressive and confrontational, storming off while sarcastically shouting, “Fine, I’ll do it!” His behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable—especially towards a customer, let alone a woman simply asking for the job to be done right. As expected, I was correct—the tire was not filled. Instead of owning up to the mistake, he stormed off like a child—again. It’s shocking to see such a lack of accountability and basic customer service from someone in his position. After years of bringing my business here, I am seriously reconsidering both this dealership and the Toyota brand once my lease is up. No customer should be treated this way. Do better, Toyota Lipton! We have bought two vehicles from Lipton Toyota, a 2019 Highlander and a 2024 Grand Highlander, and couldn’t be more pleased with our purchases. Every team member we have had been in contact with was prof Highlander and a 2024 Grand Highlander, and couldn’t be more pleased with our purchases. Every team member we have had been in contact with was professional and courteous. Especially helpful was Lincoln Clarke, our salesperson for both purchases. He was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. If there is to be a third purchase to be made, hopefully Lincoln will assist us again More

Disappointed with Service and Warranty. I took my Corolla in September to get the AC fixed and spent over $2,700. I was assured there would be no further issues, but by February, the AC I took my Corolla in September to get the AC fixed and spent over $2,700. I was assured there would be no further issues, but by February, the AC wasn’t cooling again. When I returned under warranty, I was told I’d need to spend an additional $3,900. I’m extremely frustrated that the problem wasn’t properly diagnosed the first time. I trusted their service, but now I feel like I wasted my money. I left upset and disappointed—this is not how a repair shop should treat its customers. More
