Love the Service Department!! Pros: My car had 2 manufacturer's defects that were dangerous so I came in to Lipton Toyota to get them fixed. As soon as I got there they immediately Pros: My car had 2 manufacturer's defects that were dangerous so I came in to Lipton Toyota to get them fixed. As soon as I got there they immediately greeted me and took my car. They told me about the free donuts and coffee inside as well as offered me a ride back home since the repair was going to take a couple hours. Very courteous and friendly people. Hunter was the young man responsible for fixing the car and he was great. They even washed my car for me! Cons: The only reason I am giving it 4 stars are because of the Salesmen. I have been receiving nonstop emails and phone calls from different sellers telling me they want to buy my car and also that the car I was interested in is still available. While I am at the dealership I get approached by like 3 men trying to get me to buy a car. That made me uncomfortable. More

Excellent! Their customer service is always premiere. They seek to help you and teach you anything you may not know about your car. It is not a long waiting time Their customer service is always premiere. They seek to help you and teach you anything you may not know about your car. It is not a long waiting time and they have refreshments such as water, coffee and donuts for you if needed. Their pricing is within reason for the service provided. I highly recommend having your car serviced there. More
Overprice on mechanical repair. I have called to speak to the manager, left message. He never return my calls. Zero empathy from the person who received me The person who received us did not show any empathy . The objective was to charge us as much as he can. Oil change= 80us Right front brake repair = The person who received us did not show any empathy . The objective was to charge us as much as he can. Oil change= 80us Right front brake repair = 230 Diagnostic = 100. We told him as we already pay for the oil change, if he can give us discount as we were able to pay 190 for the brake cause we did not have enough money on us. He did not even show empathy in his answer was NO. The worst thing was that he made us sign a waiver just in case we have got an accident instead repairing the brake for 190. I have never seen that in my life ... THANK YOU LIPTON TOYOTA ! More
