I would recommend this center but not the representative Seth in seat 2. When I came in he did not greet me, was pre-occupied on his phone. He left me sitting in the waiting area and never made me aware tha Seth in seat 2. When I came in he did not greet me, was pre-occupied on his phone. He left me sitting in the waiting area and never made me aware that my service was completed on my car. I had to then ask HIM follow up questions on my car’s inspection report because he didn’t explain anything, and even then I’m weary of the answers he provided. I’ve been a customer over 3 years and had another rep that was AMAZING so this review is based on my encounter with him not the center. I will make sure to never have another appointment under him in the future! More

I was told one price and after an hour the representative came back with another price. First $150 then $500. Ridiculous the jump in price and the time I have to be waiting to tell me so.
