Traveling in South Florida our Toyota RAV4 had an issue with struts on back hatch. Could not lock the car and we were able to leave it after hours at Lipton. Dealership worked hard to fix the issue in sh with struts on back hatch. Could not lock the car and we were able to leave it after hours at Lipton. I was here for them check my battery in my vehicle and they said it is ok at this time. Also, I did find out from someone that I know and He said that I do not need to be consider replacement the Axles p they said it is ok at this time. Also, I did find out from someone that I know and He said that I do not need to be consider replacement the Axles parts at this time after the assistant service manager told me that I do need get replacement axles and pay expensive $2k and I don't think that is worthy for this price at all. I think he is trying taking advantage of us to make money. :-( More
