The worst and unprofessional dealership service department I’ve ever experienced. When you bring your car to the dealership and you pay certified Toyota mechanics $150 an hour you expect the most o department I’ve ever experienced. My service rep tried to pull a switch and bait on a lifetime battery. When I asked for the invoice before I returned the battery was $100 more than quoted. I asked my rep to put my working battery back in as it was still good. He called me and said my truck was ready when I got there it took over 30 minutes for someone to the drive my truck to me. I was told my battery was dead, and he had to jump it, of course my battery was fine when I left it there. I asked for them to open the hood so I could review the battery and make sure it was mine that was put back in. They had put in an old used dead Toyota battery from someone else instead of the one that was originally in my truck. I even told my rep if he needed to know what battery was mine I had the brand and the serial number he did not respond so I figured everything was cool. The next week I had my battery checked at O’Reillys just to make sure it was good and O’Reillys pointed out that they never even secured my metal battery bracket onto my old battery. So I’d been driving around for a week with a piece of metal sitting on My battery in my engine compartment.. that could’ve been a nightmare if it fell into my fan or engine. They also did not put back together another part of my interior of the car that they check the steering vibration. They just left it sitting on my passenger seat, and they broke the clips to the part they took off.. when I went back to show my rep the battery bracket when I walked in, he turned to his associate and said I’m going to lunch didn’t even look at me and left. I returned another week later to have them check the serpentine belt they replaced as it was making a chirping noise. When I went to my rep he looked at me and said I no longer want to be associated with your account, when I asked who will be associated my account, he said, I don’t know you figure it out.. at that point I went to the service manager and he said that it is my service reps option to choose who he wants to work with ? He didn’t like the fact that I got upset and raised my voice when all of this occurred I guess. unbelievable like I should’ve been smiling and padding him on the back? Horrible Service, horrible treatment . They will no longer get my business. More

I have been with Lipton Toyota for over 15 years and this dealership is superior and awesome.. All customers are treated like VIPs and I am exceptionally please with the service department. This last visit will most likely be my last. My last interaction with Service advisor Juan C. was not pleasant. He accused me of lying to his colleague about addressing an alignment concern. I was advised by Juan to return so that the alignment concern could be address. I was in disbelief he when boldly talked about me with to his colleague with no regard while I was standing less than 10ft away. He even threaten he will update my customer profile about what I did?! Thought he was nice guy but after this interaction I can visit another location to get better customer service. More

I had a great experience with the service advisor and getting my battery changed on time. I was transported to and from my job and that was so convenient. However, I had misplaced my card and other forms getting my battery changed on time. I was transported to and from my job and that was so convenient. However, I had misplaced my card and other forms of payment were not permitted. I wanted to Pat via Apple Pay or via online. It was not allowed, therefore I had to inconvenience my husband to get to the dealership in the middle of the day to help me pay for my service. It would be 5 stars if they would get with the times and allow other forms of payment. More
