I arrived for my noon scheduled appointment today at 11:50. I was told 2 hours. I checked at 2 PM & was told the vehicle was on the rack and it would be a little longer. I checked 3 PM & was told may 11:50. I was told 2 hours. I checked at 2 PM & was told the vehicle was on the rack and it would be a little longer. I checked 3 PM & was told maybe 45 minutes longer. I am finally leaving now after 4 hours & 25 minutes for routine pre scheduled maintenance that O was told on arrival would be 2 hours. Lipton & timeliness don’t go together. I would have gone home & left the vehicle here if they had been upfront with me about how long it would take. More

I got the worst costumer service from my advisor Alesk Coker when I asked him for more details about a service that I requested. He made my experience with Lipton Toyota so bad that opted not to commit to the 110 miles service and I got the bare minimum oil change instead. My experience with Lipton Toyota has always been great up to this point and I have referred people to you but the treatment that I received leaves me no choice but to choose a different service center for my next service, where costumers are treated with more respect .
