Had a decent experience with the dealership. I really appreciated the ride home and the ride back to the dealership. I know all about supply chain issues but from what I know the part that was not available at first finally was delivered but I was never contacted to let me know it was there. The service guy Eric that originally was handing this apparently stopped work there and no information regarding the part was never relayed to any other service person. If I hadn't called I'm pretty sure I would have never been contacted. However, once I managed to get the ball rolling again they handled the situation quickly and efficiently. My overall experience was great and I would certainly continue to use them in the future. More
