I got the worst costumer service from my advisor Alesk Coker when I asked him for more details about a service that I requested. He made my experience with Lipton Toyota so bad that opted not to commit to the 110 miles service and I got the bare minimum oil change instead. My experience with Lipton Toyota has always been great up to this point and I have referred people to you but the treatment that I received leaves me no choice but to choose a different service center for my next service, where costumers are treated with more respect . Not only did they try to charge me for an oil change when I get to the cashier. When I have service plan for up to 100,000 miles on a 2021 truck but I'm top of that they lie about prices upfront for thi when I get to the cashier. Last time i will go to this place and I advise no one to there and to specially stay away from Robert Stanisich.
