My recommendation would be that you align your system with the info that was entered. When I entered my VIN your system, it should have alerted me not to make an appointment @ 4PM since you knew it was a long service. Agent needs to learn to be more professional in treating customers.

Current I cannot lock or unlock my rear door from the lock itself. I can only lock/unlock it from the front door controls. Simply fix my rear door handle & lock to restore it to the functionality I had when I bought the Seqouia.
