So, the understanding was that I was going to on the guard the 14,000 mile maintenance which usually last one hour. My appointment was at four I arrived at 3:15. I regarded the indifference as rude. I bought a 60k car and got no usb cable to connect phone to nav system. A $20 part I had to go to Verizon to buy one. Not a customer friendly dealership. Sales rep was pretty good but the rest of Lipton was sub par. We waited hours after selection our car to close a cash purchase. Surprise....The lady who handled the insurance notifications was excellent. I will not buy my next car there. More
