I had a terrible experience with a shuttle agent and another customer while trying to retrieve my vehicle. After waiting over an hour and confirming my address three times, the agent finally arrived to another customer while trying to retrieve my vehicle. Once I got into the car, the other customer began to share her frustrations. It turned out she hadn't called for a ride; the agent decided to pick her up before attending to someone who had requested a ride since 2:30.
