Juan Carrillo is an absolute self centered jerk. He wastes your time doesn’t I inform you of the status of your vehicle. When you try and call his extension he does not answer the phone and if he does answer the phone, he picks it up and hangs it up. It took me calling eight times and having to speak with a manager in order to find out the status of my vehicle, along with losing entire days worth of work all for a tire pressure sensor. She lied to me on top of that telling me that the part I was going to get picked up by your dealership and that the part three jeep is $65. When I called jeep to get the price of the part, it was actually $15 cheaper than what he was telling me. It took me speaking to three different managers there in order to get the status of my vehicle. More
