I was scheduled to go in and take care of an airbag safety recall. I got there at 8:10 ( 5-27-2023). At 10:20, I was told they didn't have the proper part in-house. Ryan was very apologetic. Hunter was awesome! I came in without an appointment and a nail in my tire but Hunter had my back. I was out within an hour and didn't need a new tire. I had my car towed to the dealership around 8AM. When I arrived, the intake process was easy. Bob, the service rep said they would run some diagnostics, and he would call me with the findings. I did not hear from Bob all day, so I called him at 4:20PM and was told the mechanicsdrive my car "all day" but found nothing wrong except maybe the battery and they wanted to keep my car overnight. I was okay with the dealership keeping my car, but I think I should've been advised sooner because I had to secure transportation from work. Thank you. More
