Juan was very rude to me. I am a female. I went there knowing what is wrong with my radio and he told me they need to do a diagnostic on my car and it will take 2 -3 hours. Th I am a female. I bought this 2008 tundra new from Lipton and financed it thru State Farm . I was always very happy with the service. I think the service guy back then was Andy Garcia. I’ll never forget when Lipton had a program that if when you got an oil change that guaranteed a free oil change if it was not finished in their specific time period. That did not last long as they were never able to get it done in time. I did enjoy my free oil change. More

This was the worst experience I had at Toyota at any dealership. From when I first walked in to meet with my advisor I was not greeted but instead told to no sit over there instead with no explanation o dealership. I didn’t even get a “hello”. The man underneath my advisor Roger, I forget his name was nice and did help me but it was weird and awkward. They were acting super unprofessional in front of me and ignoring me as I sat there patiently and nicely waiting to be helped. Again I do not blame the man underneath Roger who ended up helping me more and he was nice but the whole thing was weird to start and I was very turned off. I will not be going back to Roger again. I think he should not be the supervisor honestly and the other man should be in charge of him by how I was treated. I felt Roger was super unprofessional and clearly didn’t care about me being there at all. I should not have received this type of service at a dealership of all places. I also purchased my car from Toyota and it turns me off from purchasing again. More
