I'VE LEASED NUMEROUS VEHICLES AT LIPTON IN THE PAST AND FOR THE MOST PART IT HAS BEEN A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. HOWEVER THERE WERE SOME ASPECTS THAT I DID NOT CARE FOR. FIRST, BEFORE I CAME IN I WAS TOLD WHAT FOR THE MOST PART IT HAS BEEN A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. HOWEVER THERE WERE SOME ASPECTS THAT I DID NOT CARE FOR. FIRST, BEFORE I CAME IN I WAS TOLD WHAT THE PAYMENT WOULD BE WITHIN A FEW DOLLARS OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT HAVE COME IN. WHEN I SAT DOWN WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER HE CAME IN WITH A NUMBER THAT WAS $150 MORE PER MONTH THEN I WAS TOLD. IT WAS'NT UNTIL I WAS READY TO WALK OUT. THEN THE PAYMENT SUDDENLY WAS REDUCED TO A MORE REASONABLE AMOUNT. DID NOT CARE FOR THE BAIT AND SWITCH. THAT LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. ONCE I AGREED TO A DEAL IT TOOK 3 HOURS TO DO THE PAPERWORK, DETAIL THE CAR AND GET INSURANCE BEFORE I COULD GET OUT. SHOULD NOT TAKE THAT LONG TO COMPLETE A TRANSACTION. NOT SURE I WOULD GO BACK TO LIPTON NEXT TIME I NEED A VEHICLE. More
The advisor was very unprofessional by letting me standing up for more than 20 minutes before receiving me while he was gossiping with another customer.
