I drove up to the service department, saw cars parked on the right. I pulled in behind one of the cars, and one of your attendants got very annoyed , and signaled for me to park on the other side. There were no cars on that side, so I pulled in, but facing the wrong way. Once again your attendant, not the person that took me into the service department, acted as if I was stupid, and motioned for me to turn my car around. His whole demeanor was not pleasant. I mentioned it to the person that directed me to the service person, and he apologized. If you can't be nice to your customer, you should not be in customer service. More
My first experience upon arrival was not to good. I parked my car where all other cars were parked. Your associates got a annoyed, pointed to the other side. 1:00pm appointment, waited for 40 minutes to have them to tell me it’d be another 1hr+45minutes for an OIL CHANGE and windshield wiper replacement. In addition to this, they wanted to charge me $120 for new windshield wipers. I asked for my keys back and left. The guys were rude, no one knew anything, and they had a vulture circling around to convince people to trade in their car while everyone waited for repairs or whatever reason they were there. Cannot wait to pay off my car and be DONE with Toyota. Bought blades at another place for $48 and installed them myself. More
