I drove up to the service department, saw cars parked on the right. I pulled in behind one of the cars, and one of your attendants got very annoyed , and signaled for me to park on the other side. There were no cars on that side, so I pulled in, but facing the wrong way. Once again your attendant, not the person that took me into the service department, acted as if I was stupid, and motioned for me to turn my car around. His whole demeanor was not pleasant. I mentioned it to the person that directed me to the service person, and he apologized. If you can't be nice to your customer, you should not be in customer service. More
